okay. so i have read every single tutorial and everything that i can get my hands on from this site. Im jst having a few problems understanding a few things, and if i sound stupid or like a ''newb'' i apologize in advance.
Okay, I want to build a bluray laser. if u all think i am gonna kill the diode first go i will do a phr build. I have welded plenty of times before. none being in the last 6 months. I have never soldered. I really want a 6x blu ray build .. but like i said phr would be just fine,,
Now to my questins.
Hightechdealz has a phr diode already installed in an aixiz module. okay so i buy that, buy the driver from hightechdealz to support this diode. I have a few ideas in mind for a host. What all does one have to do to figure out if his build setup is right for his host in mind?
and one thing confuses me.. how in the hell do you get the damn thing connected to your battery supply? I know you have a diode in a module. soldered directly to your driver(or with lead wires soldered from the diode to the driver).
after you have your module set and connected to your driver, assuming i have them set the driver at 110mA for a phr diode just to be safe and happy and treat the diode nicely.. after that What do you do to make sure it will fit in your host? and how do you connect your setup to your battery supply. and can you use any set of batteries your particular host accepts as long as it equals your drivers max voltage or whatever?
Sorry if i sound dumb or newby or whatever, but i have a few lasers and would like to understand them more and i want to build my own SO FRIGGGGGGGING BADLY! i just cannot wrap my head around a few things, and understand what exactly must be done to make sure that my phr diode. in an aixiz module. connected to a driver from high tech deals at 110mA will fit in my host, and how to set it up in my host, and how the heck do yuo connect it to your battery supply? please help anybody. I want to make my own laser and i want to have many more builds eventually.
i just need a teacher, i am anybodys student at this point so please please help.:yabbem:
