Im new to all of this so please excuse my lack of knowledge,
im wanting to remove thisthe Module from a flashlight host .
what is the best way to do so without causing to much damage

we need photos sirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.. lol most flashlight set up's are pretty simple as they are just threaded with some sort of pill and driver.. like this.

If it's already a laser, there is usually set screw on the side of the heat sink that keeps the module in place. Loosen the screw and the module would slide out.
