so if i had a 10ohm instead of a 1ohm and measured it would i just get somethin like .0250mA... if i did then would it be .250mA with a 1ohm?

Here is a Windows PowerToy that can help us all in resizing images easily (it makes a copy, so don't worry about it ruining the original):

If your going to take a close up picture.. use the macro button so the camera can focus.. otherwise get away from the object and zoom in so it will be focused. Just a FYI

I would go with the resistor method or go out and buy a Fluke Multimeter.
