The negative on the drivers should connect directly to the battery negative. If the servos draw more than an amp, then the same goes for them as well. The connectors on the Arduino can only handle an amp or they will overheat. The Atmega328 itself can only sink 40mA on any one pin (200mA total).

The rest would be better addressed in an electronics or Arduino forum. Even better would be for someone to sit down with you and go over some electronics fundamentals.

Right, I meant to connect the negative of the laser with the batteries.
The drivers im using are Mohgasm linear drivers, I dont believe they have TTL inputs.

I tried the Arduino forum but nobody replied.
I have an OKAY understanding of electronics, I just get worried about the Arduino. Im new to creating code and wiring the Arduino the way it needs to be wired.

Yeah, those drivers do not have TTL.

There are some issues with electronics in general beyond just Arduino specific stuff. Maybe try one or
more of the general electronics forums.
