How can I fix this, please help.

I was burning with my laser, it's a 150mW 532nM laser, but I'd say only around 70mW, anyway I pulled the main collimating lens off to expose the expanding lens, and while burning smoke got on the expanding lens, and now the dot projected has bad speckles around it, can I clean this?
