HELP!! Scratch looking rings around dot - 4 Large PICS

Ok soon i as recieved this Module from o-like yesterday, and i noticed is beaming green half rings around the dot, it almost looks like its millions of scratches.

after unscrewing all three parts of the module i noticed that the middle piece that gets glued down, didnt look aligned properly,

the 1/4 moon shaped missalignment in my last pic, seems to be a similar imagine thats being displayed on my wall


Ive been cleaning the lenses all day, its not dirty , any ideas anyone?
