Help! New one here!

Hello guys, this is my first post on this site ;D Anyway i got one question.
Is THIS laser diode module suitable with THIS housing and will 1x18650 battery be fine to get all 200mW?

This is my first powerful laser. Another question should i get THIS ( let's name it 1.) or THIS(2.) laser instead? Are they same powerful as one i asked for at beginning of post.

For the same amount of power and wavelength (unless
you need it waterproof) I would go with the $39.99
Laser.
