Hi i am new at this forum. My name is Roberto and i would like some help.

I just bought a Uniquefire green laser 200mw from this website (Laser Verde Uniquefire 200mw 532nm 1000m ajustável Foco Set Pen (Prata) - Mania Digital), and i disassembled to see how it was inside.
I turn the screw (As shown in the picture) >

When i turned it on, it flashed twice and disappeared the green beam, now when i turn it on again, it appears a low red light (As shown in the picture) >

Can someone tell what happened? How do i solve this?

Thanks for the help
(Sorry for my bad english)

you should not take apart a green laser, you will need to realign your lens and crystal, good luck I will post you a link with how http://laserpointerforums.com/f45/do-yourself-complete-green-dpss-o-like-crystals-42495.html good luck this! or now that I can see the pics, you zombied your IR laser or, damaged the driver, you should not pot mod a dpss laser just get the one you want to start with, take a pic of the red dot with a pc cam, unless you using one, most don't have IR filters. and don't look into it at all, it could be a 2W ir diode, not good to get hit in the eye with and could lead to blindness in a hurry.

You killed your laser's pump diode.

Edit: Maybe it's still alive but below lasing threshold.

Try turning the potentiometer (the "screw") the other direction. If I recall correctly, with these laser modules, counterclockwise increases power and clockwise reduces it.

You probably turned the potentiometer too much and induced too much current to the diode and burned it.
