ok I want to make a dorcy jr long open can laser running at 422ma.

I want to know how long the batteries would last at 422ma and what would the power be?

I notice that you have selected a non-rechargeable lithium battery. Why not use a rechargeable CR123? Sure, it has 3.6V instead of 3V, but the driver specified in your first laser can accept up to 6v. Power charts for LOC reds have been posted on the forum.

For your PHR-803T laser, again, the driver can take a 3.6V rechargeable. As far as power output at 110mA goes, these PHR-803T's can vary greatly, you could get anywhere from 70 to 110 mW. It depends on the diode.

For your 6x bluray, a 9V rectangular battery is not the best choice, as it will not support 163mA for very long. This driver would probably run on 2 xCR123a 3.6V rechargeables, these will read about 8.4V at full charge. Or, since this is a lab-style laser, 2 x 18650 lithium, or even a wallwart feeding a 7809 regulator which would in turn power your driver. Many possibilities for powering a labby.

for the red laser, the optional lense does NOT apply.
those are only for 405nm which is bluray, not the red long open can you chose.

If you would like to get a better lense get a glass lense off ebay AR coated for 650nm.

In regards to the battery life, i don't really know.
For the approx power, there are power graphs around here made by drlava along with a couple other members that could give you a rough estimate.

EDIT:
i just ran across the chart for your LOC(long open can) you will want to pay attention to the solid black line(i think, may wanna double check)

Umm... with this 6x were would I get a two 18650 battery holder lol.
I tryed goggling but yea me + google = FAIL

An alkaline 9V placed under a 163mA load will sag rather quickly in voltage. This lithium might do a little better and is at least rechargeable. 2 x 18650 in a case would of course last far, far longer.
