help with driver for 3 pin flat red diode

hi,
i hooked up some wires to the diode and tried connecting to some old driver boards off other broken lasers but no luck, ive got a 5mw red driver some 10mw green drivers and a 95mw viper green driver are any of these usable?
i have the exact same diode as this guy vvvvvv

oh and the diode isnt fried yet

You should read through the tutorials in the stickies for how to make a red laser driver. It's no different for these lasers as others. Make sure you heatsink it better though; what you have above won't be enough.

Also, how do you know it isn't fried if you can't even get it to work? It's not like it gives out smoke when fried. Only inspection with a microscope would show the physical damage.

I run my LOC with a 350mA single AMC7135 chip. If you have any of those, they'll work in a pinch
