what type of 808nm diode is in yours? cmount or 9mm? I was afraid of killing mine if i went too far into it, and never got to the Ir diode.

i might try to change my cmount out too then. im getting 35mw out of a 200mw (original) rpl, im thinking it could be my IR diode not putting out enough 808nm.

1W should give something like 200mW of green output IF alligned properly...
So a friend had two lasers that broke and sent them to you for repairs?
Damn! I wish I had friends buying bigass expensive lasers...
