Just 2 days ago my laser started having this "glow" around the dot, the laser is fully focused and you can still see the dot pretty well, it's just there's now this weird glow/aura around the dot and I noticed it's making the beam less intense (i.e. doesn't burn as well) and the beam doesn't go nearly as far, it diverges too fast/too soon. Any help is appreciated.

Did your Diode LED? Post a picture to see the beam/Dot.

May your batteries Sucks.

No it's not the batteries, they're brand new AW batteries and I cleaned it already a couple times. I can't upload pics unfortunately, however on the front cap, should I be able to see a lens there or is it down further?

Did you try cleaning the lens?

If not, that's the best first step. A q-tip, drop of 90% isopropyl alcohol on the cotton swab, wipe with the wet tip, then with the dry. Use a microfiber lint free towel if you have one instead of cotton qtip.

A lens cleaning kit is even better.
