Ok, I'm a newbie at lasers! i only have one laser and its the O-like green 50 mw! Is a 200mw red O-like laser brighter then the 50mw green i have?

Your eye is most responsive at 555nm. Green lasers are 532nm, so even 50mW of green will appear far brighter than 200mW of 650nm.
