Flux Dispensing Pen - Acidic or not?

Today I just bought this flux dispensing pen. The clerk over the counter said she thought it was most likely flux for electronics (since this was an electronics store) but wasn't sure. So I hopped on the site of the distributor to do some reading and found the site linked to above. It says its for use when removing or replacing surface mount components and that it can be applied to tinned tracks, but I'm just not completely sure - I don't want to go and ruin the projects I've got lined up.
So does anyone know whether this is rosin-flux or whether it's the acidic plumber's flux?

Its normal Resin flux the Ph is only 6 on it which its Almost neutral on the PH charts. Rain water is More acidic heh

Resin fluxants becomes lightly acids at high temperatures, being instead usually not acid at low ones.

Is always suggested to clean them away after the soldering operations, for avoid that they corrode the copper in the long time.

That one is water based, probably planned to be cleaned with hot water, but i'm not 100% sure, i usually use rosin and similars, that are alcohol based.
