first and cheap laser build

hi everyone im new to LPF and just wanted to introduce my self, i know how to solder and mess around with electronics which is why i want to get into lasers. ive done some research on lasers and was wondering what would be the cheapest way to build a green laser that pops balloons, i want it to be green because i know that the human eye picks up green better than any other color and i want to be able to see the beam when i point it into the sky or whatever when im not to busy burning balloons but i wouldn't mind a bright blue one either. any information will be appreciated.

get a green module of your desired power.
get a host and heatsink that will fit a green module.
Done.
