No.  This is the laser sled for the game console itself.  The part of the XBOX 360 that had the good diode is the HD DVD Add-On Player.  It will be either a PHR-803T sled (the more powerful one) or a DT-0811 sled (the less powerful one).

Peace,
dave

I got confused at the beggining also when i got interested in building a BR laser.

But at that time there wasnt as much Phr-803t sleds for sale and if there were, they were $27bucks. Now you can just goto the BS&T section of the forum and pick one up for $15-$18 delivered.

SF-HD67 sled is a SF-HD67 sled. A Phr-803t sled is a Phr-803t sled with the BR diodes.

that drive would have an IR diode and a RED diode, possibly in the same diode.

as stated, no violet.

the red would probably be very weak as well as an Xbox 360 doesn't burn DVDs.
