Divided into two beams.

Laser is the first start, everything is normal. But then the beam is divided into two. The laser power is reduced. The brightness decreases.

Turning down the currant might help Ive notice on 3 cheap green laser i bought that was mode hoping not as bad as yours but still mode hopping and turning down the currant fixed the issue.

What laser is it.? Do you have a link.?

Might help a little hopper of mine. Did you desolder the driver to test the current as adjusting or just trial & error tweaking?
With the pot's single pin facing left is it CCW?

if you bought from rayfoss, you can claim even if the warranty is over, i've tried it several times

Mode hopping isn't always indicative of a problem when you're talking about laser pointers, cheap lab modules, or any other unstabilized DPSS laser. Mode-hopping is very often (if not most of the time) temperature related, and it often diminishes as the laser warms up. If it is always mode-hopping no matter what the temperature, then you might have a warranty claim if you have a warranty.

This is 10 meters away. What's the problem :/ I cleaned the lens with cotton wool. But the problem has not changed.

cleaning the lens won't help the two-mode issue, but to clean the lens, I use 91% isopropyl and a cotton swab, and spin the swab with a very light touch, enough to saturate the area. Works fine on glass lenses, haven't tried on acrylics yet.

Try to get the cleanest swab you can, because if any damage is done to the lens, it is not from the alcohol or cotton, but from the speck of contaminant that may have snarled itself into the cotton.

Temperature can often affect alignment. If they get it all lined up at the factory, but it's 90F in there, then when it gets to you and you keep your house at 70F, that could be enough for expansion of the metal mounts to move ever so slightly out of alignment. Now, that was just an example with random temperatures, but you might see if it does the same thing if kept in your pocket to warm up a bit before turning it on, or leaving it on the windowsill to cool it down before turning it on.
