Lightbulb Diode components disassembly, help needed (pics + info+

Hey everyone,

like many others I too have unfortunately let my laser pointer drop and heard a rattle so I figured I'd enquire this forum. Having used the search function it's almost sure it can't be fixed or isn't worth the attention.
However I pulled it apart and was wondering if I could somehow glue it together (superglue isn't recommended I read).

It concerns a standard 532NM 50-100mW laser and it would still work if the crystal+lens combination didn't let go. There was no red light. It shines pretty far and you can see the beam go 3kms in the dark so it'd be a shame to let it go, would anything be salvagable?

Pics:

All parts

Circuitboard

Crystal and lens are at good distance from each other

Other side of lens+crystal

This part has the + and - wires, but one of them is shortened and I'm not sure if I glue it, it will connect. The right one is shortened if you zoom in.

If anyone can give me an answer + why it would/wouldn't be fixeable I'll definitely donate to this site.
I am myself a physics undergraduate at uni so I'm still starting in this field. Thanks in advance

This is as futile as trying to repair a burnt out light bulb. Just buy a new one - they're cheap.

If the diode is dead you are out of luck sorry

Buy some of these, unless you want a complete pen.

https://www.fasttech.com/p/1088900

Cheap and usually put out over 50mw. CRAZY BRIGHT

I just ordered 2

Unfortunately DPSS lasers are impossible to be put back together after the glue is broken. Best bet is to get a new pen

If you go to the Buy/Sell/Trade section on the forum you can buy some REALLY high quality lasers that will never break on you.

If not, try laserBTB.com

Thanks everyone, I'll buy a new diode. By the way KRboy, that laser seems to have a 5mW input? Is the output beam visible at night? Might buy one
