No. How do you think you will be able to fix a scratch on a crystal? . Even if you got a new crystal, the alignment would be impossible.

well it might be misaligned i was cleaning my friends and broke his the beam isnt a beam its all weird and misshaped any way to reline this?

you probably just didn't clean it all the way, or left some lint or something on the lens. At the very worst, you scratched the lens. The lenses are hard to come by for greens, and it is usually cheaper to just buy a new one, or find another broken green and gut the lens from it.
