I recently got a small square heatsink and i have been trying to think of the best way for me to use it
I am thinking of bending the heatsink around the top half of the aixiz module and securing it with some thermal glue.
Do you guys think this will help? if so how long could it increase its duty cycle?
thanks in advance

Personally I would bore a hole in the center of it, as ugly as it seems, it would be effective.

properly done it should quadruple or more your duty cycles.

Starting form the back, drill a 12mm hole into the H/S as Wayne stated.
Wrapping it would involve way too much work and would not be as effective.(have you ever tried to bend Al. into a perfect circle?)
