Building a 6x BR - Need a few questions answered? :)

Hey everyone,

As you may know, I'm fairly new to this sort of thing.

I want to build a BR laser that will reach between 190mW and 210mW.

For this I'm assuming I need the following (correct me if I'm wrong):

with a 6x diode, the standard acrylic lens on an aixiz module will degrade very quickly, so you'll want to think about getting a 405-g-1 lens.

with a 405-g-1 lens you could set it at 180mA, and this should easily give you >200mW while giving it a nice long lifespan.

Btw, what's the max current on the rksctr? I was thinking on using 3 CR2 to avoid changing to a flexdrive, but I don't know if it could supply 200mA even with 11V...

That's the perfect set up for the rkcstr driver, and it will easily supply that current...
