Doesn't appear to be DLP, so probably not of any use. Still has interesting optics in it though.

No laser diodes

UHP means its got a Mercury arc lamp for the lights source :(

You won't find diodes in anything older than around 2010 at the least, and even then only a few specific models have them. That projector was produced in 2000. They are usually mentioned as a "hybrid" light source - but be aware this could also mean it's LED based.

You can find diodes on ebay and craigslist. i think these two places are best to find everything for sale. i hope this will be useful for you.
