You wouldn't have reacted the way I did, but would haw decided that I was not particularly helpful or polite. Being new took it personally I'll admit. I guess every class has its clown. Knowing that I would have offered real advice to a "newbie"... Anyhow glad you found it amusing. My wife is staggered I even joined this forum. She said Ill get kicked off for speaking my mind.
Wait, Chipdouglas is the class clown? You think he was playing a trick on you? From what I read, Chipdouglas simply stated that the site sells and ships 18650 batteries quickly, probably as the battery source for those vaporizers; you probably have to contact the site to see about buying them. A more appropriate response would have been "it looks like they're just selling vaporizers; how do I order the 18650s?"

No, I think you're just trying to deflect attention from your poor reading-comprehension abilities and quick temper.

On another note, I'm still puzzled by how you thought the "new member etiquette" section of Chipdouglas's signature was pertaining to you. Didn't you even question why that text was surrounded by "IN A CONSTANT STATE OF PICNIC / I AM THE STATUS QUO" green text on top, and "pot modding facts" below?

Your correct on my quick temper. I even admit it, along with a superiority complex. Honestly though cant see how the link to the nicotine vaporizer followed by a set of rules. I really dont have time to dance around and interpret hidden messages "state of panic", nor did I have time to scour the site looking for a contact hoping he or she might reply to an email in a timely fashion regarding what powers the unit. I'll make an acception and make time to explain why it was annoying. As being new took the link personally and of course if you can find on that "vaporizer site" that even remotely resembles a battery I'll reply back. Meanwhile I jumped back to another thread and as a result found the item in question. A reply and link to a site that sells battery's on the pretense I could call a few hobbie stores or radio shacks and drive the 30 minutes into the city on my one day off to pick it up. Nothing more or less than a newcomer looking for advice getting a illrevalent link to a site followed by another link illustrating a vast array of rules I may or may not have broken. I speak my mind, and to be honest (not that I'm forced to be), dont really care either way. In this case I'll make an acception. If "chip" was helping me find a battery I somehow missed on the page I'll stand corrected. After discovering that everyone is subjected to a set of rules realized perhaps being new should assume nothing however I do have a valid point as such. Being green to forums peroid, Im probably not the only person who might take that out of context. PS. Let me know how I possibly missed the connection between a vaporizer and battey and I might even apologize. I assumed a smartass was wasting my time and thats how their treated. Applogy pending I guess and if thats not genuine on an anonymous site not clear what could be. My wife was right, stick to "face to face", "your going to get kicked off that forum for speaking your mind". I should have taken her advice.

My friend... what you see under the long dash in everyone's posts are their signature. Which is automatically posted in every one of their posts. Chip didn't mean to send you any links other than "www.ivape.com" which you can find 18650 batteries at. Everything you see after he signs "Micharl" is merely his signature, not intended to be directed at you.

& No one's getting kicked off this forum for speaking their mind, as long as it's within the rules and appropriate.

Hope you get what's happening now..

Welcome to LPF!

BTW, I actually own a vaporizer that runs off of a single 18650. This means I'm not drawing dangerous currents from a tiny cell, that I've got tons of capacity, and that I'm a stickler for 18650 cells ;-)

His name says silver, but it's more like lead. Poisonous to everything it touches and rather dense.... on a more serious note, there are lots of places to get 18650 batteries....it's called google.

Maybe you're right, Or you just being a smart ass guy who's in a inferiority complex instead of a superiority complex.. but let me tell you something some people have a simple brain and would like to be productive in a fashion where they see fit.. Nobody asks a life-lesson from a guy who's too lazy to read and respond in a normal and educated way!
