Did you already buy that as it seems a bit expensive for a 650/660 diode just in a module. Not sure if it has a driver as it lists a working current and does not mention a driver. The diodes are about $10 and a module is about $5.

What about cooling ? I think it would be just good for the diode if you would have a cooling for it and a glass lens would be nice for higher optical Output and may better beam quality
