Would a 6x work with this or would the duty cycle be tiny cause of too much heat or what would be one with a better heatsink.

Should work just fine
aslong as the aixiz module is heatsinked properly

It would work great.
But you need a 6x diode and harvesting skills. Not a PHR.
Then, 110mA is too low for a 6x. Most people set them at 190mA.
