445nm diode test bed

I have need of a 445nm test bed because I've a large order of 445nm diodes (400+ units) and the buyer wishes them tested. Ive bought a decent OPHIR LPM
and am looking for some easy to mount/unmount host and driver. Any suggestions to save me from carpel tunnel?

need:
1. variable driver preferably computer controllable or arduino controllable(up to 3 A).
2. host/ heatsink/ TEC
3. lens

Which meter did you get from Ophir? The Vega is a sweet looking unit and I'd love to see one in action
