yeah if you are just buying the case...you can have the case...i got a package from someone today that had a bunch of laser stuff in it including a phr803t sled...I read your guide about how to harvest the diode but im not really sure what to do to get the diode in its heatsink free...if you have any pictures i would really want to see them...

Use DealExtreme's CR2 batteries they are good quality and also there are some rechargable ones...
