Hello,
I have a question is how much Ma is ok for a 22x DVD Burner Diode
and I think only laser drivers cost around 20 $ there is no cheaper?

sry for my bad english i am german :wtf:

13$ for a rkcstr driver, and 420mA is enough for your LOC. I guess your got a LPC sled right?

yes and he much Ma for a Sony DVD 16x diode with heatsink and cooler ?

...just buy the LPC-815 sled, or get it already harvested at modwerx.com

It's the same diode in your 22x burner, but it's a lot cheaper.

stonetek's 16x diodes are usually best around 250mA
