120mw green needs a new driver and i need help

Hi, I have a lucent optics envee which was rated at around 120mw and has been a great greenie but after a couple of switch fails and lots of ware and tear the driver board is not doing the job and i want to replace it with a flexdrive. I have the new driver but will need a little guidance on the best way to make the swap. firstly the envee module has 2 wires coming out of the back, do i simply need to solder those 2 wires to the flexdrive? I need to find the flexdrive and check about the power settings etc so i may well follow this up with more questions about how to set the power on the board and if i should get myself a test load to do so but for now I will start with the question about the wires. here is a picture of the module from the envee . . .
