I was looking into getting some serious burning power but don't want to spend too much money. I'm aiming for 300mW if anyone knows where I can get a red like that for 100 bucks please let me know.

I would wait for a custom to come up on the forums I haven't seen one on a site yet.

We build lasers like that you know. This is the hobby part and it's easily done with the info here.
Appliance opperators have to wait for something they want and can afford.

Do a little research on the Forum in the B/S/T section...

What Mike and Jerry said. For roughly $100 you can easily build a laser with that kind of output.

LPC-815 LOC - $10
FlexDrive - $23
Aixiz Module - $4
Decent host w/ heatsink - $40

That's $77, and we'll say an additional $10 for shipping so roughly $90. For an extra $55 you can get jayrob's 650-G-1 lens which will give you 25% more power which brings you closer to 300mW.

Do more research!

If you don't feel like building it check out o-like, rayfoss, kaidomain, focalprice, and screambuy. I can't gaurantee any of those sites will have what you are looking for, but those are the cheap chinese sites I can think of off the top of my head.

"decent" host with heatsink?
Hell for $40 you can get an AWESOME host and heat sink....For that price i assume it includes a reach around as well?

Here is a rather simple host just needing a diode for £11.
They sell sleds with 300mW diodes too for £8

I doubt it, people who would charge $40 for a "decent" host are not likely to provide value for the dollar. :D
