Maybe I'm searching like a noob, but I cant find it.
I have a few AW210 sleds to harvest the 6X bluray and thought I'd take harvest the red diodes too.
I'm probably not going to mess with any IR diodes because I'm not ready to deal with IR.

A) Which diodes in the AW210 are the red diodes?
B) What kind of diodes are they (current, vontage, power)?
C) What kind of module is needed to mount/use them?

The reds, as I remember, are LOCs. Same as in the LPC-815 sleds. You can see the die clearly where as the BRs have a protective, 'can', and you can only see the die through a tiny circular window.

Check this thread out for power etc - http://laserpointerforums.com/f51/diodes-compilation-all-diodes-data-one-thread-45042.html

Fit them in an Aixiz or similar module. They are 5.6mm, TO18 type package diodes. Pretty standard stuff. Drivers are available or you can build your own.

Hope that's what you need.
