What diode is this?

hey guys,

new 150mW 650nm Burning Red Laser Diode profession | eBay
So I brought a whole lot of these before i even knew about LPC's, but I'm a little confused on what they exactly are. My guess is that they are SOC's but the listing recommends 120ma, so ive never run them over this. Could someone please confirm to me if these are SOC's or not. I would love to run them at 300ma. Let me know if want some pics of mine.

They are SOC, at least it looks like it from the pictures.

Thanks, do you think or know of any red diodes in the 'SOC' package but cant take as much current? Cus the die on this is smaller than LPC's, so I'm pretty sure its a SOC but is it 'The SOC' (from SF-AW210) haha or maybe I should take the plunge and run one @300ma and see what happens :undecided:

SOC's should handle 200mW if i'm not mistaken so 330mA should be fine
