I need to know reasonably urgantly what (roughly) the efficiency of a new wish 5mW 3V laser diode will be.
I need to make some claim tomorrow to allow my spirograph to pass safety inspections at college and as a rule of thumb for this its better to UNDERestimate the efficiency.
whats a benchmark figure?
ad what about a 5mW greenie at 3v also? rough values here woudl be appreciated...
