I see these two lasers on Rayfoss they are both 200mW 660nm red lasers. Both waterproof. I am just wondering what the difference is if there is any. One known for being more stable? I plan on getting one and these two have me at a fork in the road. Anyone know if there is a diffence?

The BT model uses a CR123 cell which will last longer than the Cr2 cell in the PT model..

Theyre the same, I promise. FBT is black, FPT is purple, I had the same question, and I asked faona(owner of rayfoss), she said the only difference was color.

And the duty cycle says no limit is this true will it stay stable and have a good lifetime without following any kind of duty cycle?

Ive left mine on>10 mins and had no signs of heating up, the laser felt cool to the touch.
And these two are EXACTLY THE SAME. Same battery. The cr2 is a typo.

Oh ok thats cool. how long have you had yours for? Does it stay stable untill the battery is dead? And I see you got a laser from megalaseruk. I ordered one from them did you have any problems with them I ordered one and im pretty sure they never sent it. I ordered in quite some time ago.

I've had it quite some time now, and to be honest, I haven't run it dead yet. I tend to charge my batteries every so often before they die, instead of when they die. I've heard it's bad, but oh well. Get this laser, it's the best for the price.
As to megalaseruk, they're overpriced, low quality. Mine lasted a few weeks, and died.

You won't regret it, it's great. I've dropped mine a ridiculous amount of times, it hasn't broken. It's really durable. And really waterproof!
