just use a polarised combiner cube but u can only combine 2 diodes with those
just get some open can diodes and combine to 600 mw of 655-660 nm

160 mw is not very interesting i can get double that from a singel open can diode
i would sugest to use the glass aixiz lenses 300 mw red wil melt the plastic
