I want change pulse frequency from 1.14 -150 Hz . I need scheme or where can I find more informations . Thanks

^^ not much info to go off of there. Do you have a TTL driver or do you need a driver also?

Here is a thread where we were discussing this a few days ago. http://laserpointerforums.com/f44/why-not-lm317-instead-flexdrive-59074.html I built the my own version of the circuit described here and put it on a scope obtaining the same results as posted. I omitted several of the protective components and added a couple of necessary components that he left out.. also I didn't need fine control of pulse width so I only used one 555. Let me know if this is what you're wanting and I'll post up my schematic for the whole circuit including the PWM circuit that I used.
