We had a meeting of lighting enthusiasts from the Texas area last night.

"Aircraft 800" from Candlepower Forum took this photo in the rain of my Red open-can laser with my new Red lens assembly.

It was raining, which created some interesting reflections:

We had a good time with a few hundred lights & lasers !

Only one woman braved the event for a few minutes.

She brought some pretty good cookies for the meal.

None of them would have lasted for SEVEN full hours of light & build comparisons.

Lol. Where was this? I live in Bedford Tx and I've been wondering if there was anything like this around here. I'd really like to come to one of these meetings sometime soon.

I hope you had a great time. I'm also a member of CPF. I wish we could get a group together up in the Chicago, Milwaukee area.

It was in Veteran's Park near Arlington, Tx.

It is usually organized on CPF.
