I bought three Phasor Red diodes a year or so ago,
I assembled one into a MXDL with a jayrob heatsink, a rckstr driver, aixiz glass lens.
I've been running it on and off since then, maybe a dozen full charges on the battieries to dead
When I first ran it I got a 248 on the LPM-1
Last couple weeks I've been fooling around with my lasers again a lot, so I ran another test on it
253.8 peak and average over a couple minutes of 247-248.
Tonight I tested without the lens and it was 335.2 peak.
That seems like an awful lot for one of those phasor diodes. I remember at the time people told me to run it on a lower ma setting because it wouldn't handle that power for long.
i just hadn't heard anyone else posting much about these diodes in ages. Everyone jumped on the Long Open Can Wagon.
