I have a question that i need answered and i am wonderinh if i have to put a blob of solder anywhere on this driver. Do i need to connect the driver to the brass ring with solder or what just tell me. Oh and i am using DTR's blitsbuck driver.
Dont know if this picture will help. Thanks ! I have added more pics i need to solder the outer ring on there to the little ring the is between the driver and the heatsink

This is no help. Please restate. Also yes you will need to solder as most drivers aren't wireless.

I am asking if i need to solder a connection between the ring around the driver (which you cant see) to the outer part of driver.

well what do you consider the driver? the pill? or the driver itself? some more appropriate pics would help

is the driver inside? please just take like 9,001 pictures (ITS OVER 9000!) and then post them here. maybe then all the planets will align and the inner secrets of this will be revealed to me

Well obviously a connection needs to be made. What's case? Whichever is case should be soldered to the "outer ring"

you have some of your terms for the hardware confused. but, yes, you must have a connection between your driver and pill to allow current to flow.
