My first build

This is my first complete build, I have fired up (and fried) a few short cans in the past week and this is the first LOC that came across, it's running at 380ma for now and I haven't started to push it yet... the glass lenses I harvested from an old 35mm samsung film camera. It doesn't look professional but it sure does burn and, these lenses are incredible at long distance. The dot is visible for over 2 miles at night, and it stays narrow, at 1 mile it's half the size of a normal window.

thank you! the next project is 2 diodes with a polarizing cube. My cnc mill should be able to cut straight channels

The first build doesn't have to be pretty. That you stuck with it and built one is important. Now you'e hooked !!!!
We want to see that two laser build.
