I have a 100mw red laser but i dont know if its real 100mw.I supply it with 3.7-4v through a lithium-ion battery.Maximum voltage i can supply it is 5v.To be able to burn a match it need to focus the beam with a magnifier lens.Is this normal for red laser?I mean i see green laser that at 100mw burn  a match without the need of a magnifier lens .

Yea it's normal because red lasers have bigger beam diameter and thus less irradiance.

Entirely normal. My pulsar125 struggles to melt black plastic bags without the focusing cap on it. 4mm beam diameter simply sucks at burning unless you focus it.

Is it a way to focus the beam but not only in one point.I mean focus the beam in short and long distance?

Nope, unfortunately the thing called "divergence" screws us all over, stupid laws of physics :(
