i picked up a few 80-100mw 650 diodes (labeled as 5.6mm TO18 80mW 650nm) from laserlands and i finally got a reply that simply said I<135mA @ 2.2-3V i was wondering if i should/can run it higher since im planning on putting a massive heatsink on it. what would be a safe current to push these babies to? Also what would be the most suitable driver for one of these builds?
