Lazerer is a very good company, there shipping is very quick. The lasers are always up to spec and allot of times overspec. I would go ahead and order it, but you are gonna need some laser glasses. I suggest these: T-REX Laser Safety Goggles for 650nm Red Laser
They are a little pricey, but you only have one set of eyes. You might be able to find cheaper ones somewhere else. Just make sure they block out 650nm.

OK, I see, is there nay other good quality lasers with in my budget? Or is this one good?

This one is good, it is the highest power you can get for that price. But what is more important to you? How visible it is, or how it burns? A green laser would be more visible even at 50mw. 200mw is good for burning though, i have a 200mw red laser.

OK, will the red laser be visible during day and night and will it go as far as a green?

Greens are usually for night and reds are for burning.
A green is usually 5x brighter to our eyes.
Its up to you, what do you want burning power or high visibillity ?

So you want a high power green, but these lasers are usually more than 100$.
I have the O-like Crown 500mW, and all i can say is :drool:
It peaked at 730mW. Anyway either increase your budget or choose burning power.

OK, I will go for burning power. I have found a 200mw( on first post), But I am trying to find a 300mw red but have had no luck on lazerer or o-lik ( I do not like there shipping) So if you can suggest more websites that will be superb!

Also about o-like shipping, you can always select EMS or DHL.
I always choose DHL when ordering from o-like.
