Assuming plasma...

What makes you think a laser will
A) be good for a television screen?
B) do *fill in the blank* on said screen?

What are you trying to accomplish? Your post is too small to make real assumptions out of.

If you want to destroy your screen grab a 2W blue laser and shine it in one spot for a second or two.

Our Doctor present tumor board presentation with other hospital and like to point out different object on CT scan that our present on the TV. They want to use a laser pointer to show tumors and other items

If all you want to do is point at is... that's like asking for a laser pointer that works on rabid hippo snakes. Any pointer will work, sir.

I have try three different lasers, two red and one green and they do not display on the TV

Lasers are mostly reflected by normal screens like plasmas and LCDs, however
on things like white boards and projection screens any laser will show up just fine.

My 50mW Power Rock shows up just fine, although it does reflect decent amount of light, so a reflection into the audience would probably not be a good idea.

I have found that the opaque or frosted looking plastic sheet found in the lcd panel of a laptop or lcd tv (you must take the panel completely apart) will let you see the tv image thru it and also will show the dot from a 5 mw (safe) laser. Red will show well, and make sure you put the frosted side out and the shiny side of the plastic sheet inwards against the tv (plasma) screen. This will prevent a coherent reflection of the laser beam. I have found that the plastic sheet or film will stick to the tv screen just with static charge present, no tape needed. It is up to you to find a lcd panel large enough to fit your plasma, or use more than one and cut to fit if needed. Or perhaps a opaque shower curtain or something similar. Make sure it has a non reflective side to have facing out to prevent reflections, especially if you use a laser more than 5 mw. Always use laser goggles if you are using a laser more than 5mw (use common sense)!
