Have any of you orderd this laser or one like it without customs taking it???

Is it safe to order and did you use the EMS shipping? I see amny posts of this red 200mW laser so at least some of you are getting it. i will continue to search the threads for more answers, but your comments and help is appreciated.

im not so sharp on laser rules and regulations.... but "technicly" i bought a 300mw laser module and driver from a guy on ebay and he marked the package as "led flashlight" and "total value less than $15.00"... im assuming he did this to avoid customs.

i dunno... food for thought i guess... anyone care to enlighten on the subject?

PS i didnt ask him to mark it like that.

it is very difficult to answer your question...:thinking:

If you live in Canada then you will not have any problems.. I've ordered at least
6 of those lasers in the past... and have those 6 lasers in my shop...

Thanks for the reminder. I have updated my location. I am in Texas. I have ordered fom Wicked Lasers in the past and they always lable the package with "Ball point pen".

Susie has the same pointer and DOES ship to the US, also she includes a charger and rechargeable batteries. Her site is: www.o-like.com - they have an excellent reputation, fast service, and great customer support...

BTW they also guarantee the output of their lasers, unlike DX...
