hello
i made ths circul for laser diode but dosenot work the diode500mw it as number hld808500h4t but no hot no burn yet ??????? why
can you help me plz to make laser burner?

Where did you get the diode from ?
The schematic that you posted supplys 250mA.
Not enough if your diode can really output ~500mW.

The .doc you provided just shows a blurry pictures of a diode and some squiggly lines :crackup:

Seriously, if you want help we have to find out what diode you have.

We also need pictures of your driver and diode so we can see if everything is wired correctly.

Just read the data sheet....its a 808nm diode LOL
