Help Identifying Laser Sled

Hey guys just wanted to say hello and I am new to the forum as far as being a member but have been using the forum for quite some time getting information on many of my laser questions. I recently acquired a refurb. dvd burner from 2007 it looks like and I know the diodes are usually more powerful in these so before I take the diodes out I wanted to see if anyone could give me some information on the diodes in the specific sled and I have two pictures I will post. Any help would be appreciated!

Did the sled come with a silver panel with qr codes on it? If so, there are numbers that the qr code represents. You can try looking those up before someone smart replies.
