I need that 4x4mm does not have much divergence less, if is but great it leaves the galvos, as it shows the images

He want someone to reccommend him a 500mW-1W 635nm module w/ TTL modulation.
He preferably wants it to have a 4x4mm beam with as low divergence as possible.

You can try asking at photonlexicon.com . They know more about high powered lab modules.

500mW or 1W laser diodes are expensive, at 635nm, and usually multimode (bad beam profile, without correction optics)

Have you considered the opportunity to use a 660nm unit, or DIY a setup/combiner ? ..... or is obligatory to use a 635nm unit ?

HIMNL9, if it can be like just a red module, so no I have to put 2 modules pbs, as seen 642 more could be enough to 400MW, kgb_productiones thanks, I'll look, I want the white is cold meccla I am thinking of 640nm or 642nm:can:
