I need that 4x4mm does not have much divergence less, if is but great it leaves the galvos, as it shows the images

He want someone to reccommend him a 500mW-1W 635nm module w/ TTL modulation.
He preferably wants it to have a 4x4mm beam with as low divergence as possible.

500mW or 1W laser diodes are expensive, at 635nm, and usually multimode (bad beam profile, without correction optics)
Have you considered the opportunity to use a 660nm unit, or DIY a setup/combiner ? ..... or is obligatory to use a 635nm unit ?

You would need allot of 660 to equal the same brightness of 635. The 635 will have a horrible beam tho..... best of both worlds would be 642nm kvant. LW only goes up to 400mw in 640 so try this if you want a thin beam Lasershow Parts - Kvant 642nm Red Diode Laser - 600mw and have the cash (its not as bad as you would think)
