I'm sure many people have see the same thing but the glass optics for red are the way to go. I tried it on my blue laser but it didn't do anything probably because the IR coating it optimized for red. Anyway I put it on my red laser and there is a way visible increase in output. I don't have a meter to measure it but I would say 25mw increase no problem. Seems like the glass lenses are $10 but I think it's worth it.
