I don't think there is such a list. I know the DVR-111 has a LCC that will do 250mW @ 400mA. I think
some of the LG drives might have good diodes in them. It's basically a crap shoot since when you go
for newer higher speed drives, there is a greater chance of running into the almost useless flat diodes.
Your best bet would probably be a 20 - 24x drive from 2008-2009.
If you can get the drives for free then it is still worth extracting the diodes, but if not, then you can get
the good diodes on eBay from the seller techhood for $2.50 apiece.
I disassembled a LOT of DVD-RW drives to make my DIY 250mW, the best drive was a LG GSA-H55N/H44N, an LPC-815, 250mW @ 400mA as The Lightning Stalker said.
The LD can be easy extrated by cracking the glue with a knife or twisting the housing.
After this, you will need to take off the Ld from it's housing, use a cutting pliers to cut the housing (destroying it) until you get the LD out. Be very carefull at this point, since is a LOC, is very sensitive!

If you wan't a 3.8mm LD, take a look at Samsung SH-S223.
If you wan't a frame type LD, take a look at Samsung SH-S182.
Some inported LG drives have closed can LD's, but with a lot of glue, needing patience to break all the sled to extract it.
